This is a static website built on Hugo. Initially, I planned to use GitHub Pages to deploy the website; however, it only supports HTTP access, not HTTPS.

I asked Gemini if ​​there were any new solutions.Of course, by using scripts to directly synchronize locally generated HTML, CSS, and other files with the cloud server, the same effect of local preview and one-click push to the cloud server can be achieved.

I’ve always wanted to create a blog website, but I’ve had problems finding a solution and having the execution ability.

This time, I found a low-cost solution and spent a whole day working on it.I am Chinese, and some people may ask why it’s in English.Because my laptop runs Pop! OS, I wanted to edit Markdown files using VS Code, but I couldn’t input Chinese characters in VS Code. I spent a lot of time trying several methods without success. So, I decided to just use English. This will be a good opportunity to improve my English.
